Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Soulia. They define your rights and responsibilities when using our app and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

•By downloading, installing, or using Soulia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
•If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
•We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
•You must be at least 13 years old to use Soulia. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

•Soulia is an AI-powered astrology companion that provides personalized astrological readings, natal chart analysis, compatibility reports, daily briefs, and AI-driven conversations.
•Soulia uses artificial intelligence to generate interpretations. All content is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
•Astrological readings and AI interpretations are not professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on content generated by Soulia.
•The accuracy of astrological readings depends on the birth information you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input.

•You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
•You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
•You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@soulia.app.
•Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination.

•Soulia offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
•Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
•All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as specified by Apple/Google refund policies.
•To cancel, use the subscription management tools in the App Store or Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
•We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect.

•You agree not to use Soulia for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
•You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
•You may not use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties.
•You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App or its content.
•You may not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
•Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

•AI-generated content in Soulia is produced by large language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies.
•Soulia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated interpretation, reading, or advice.
•The AI memory system stores context from your conversations to personalize responses. You may clear your memory data at any time from Settings.
•We are continuously improving our AI systems. Response quality and behavior may change over time.

•The Soulia app, logo, branding, and all original content are the intellectual property of Soulia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
•You retain ownership of personal content you create (journal entries, notes). By using the App, you grant Soulia a limited license to process this content to provide the service.
•You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Soulia's content without written permission.

•Soulia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
•We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulia disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

•To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
•Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
•Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

•You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
•Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

•These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soulia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
•Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
